90s fans are in for a treat this fall/summer. Both The Offspring and Hanson – who each had multi-platinum-selling albums in the 90s – are gearing up for North American tours.
The Offspring’s tour will be divided into two legs – the first is almost entirely comprised of Canadian dates in July. In September, The Offspring will link back up with openers Sublime with Rome to hit outdoor venues across the country. The Offspring have been working on new music since 2015, when they released the single “Coming for You.” Thus far, they have not announced a new album. Sublime with Rome is currently promoting their latest effort, Sirens. Meanwhile, boy band archetype Hanson has announced the “Middle of Everywhere” tour in celebration of the 25th anniversary of their formation and the 20th anniversary of their smash album Middle of Nowhere, which was led by the iconic single “Mmmbop.” After a run in Europe, the “Middle of Everywhere” tour will see the group to mid-sized clubs across the states in September and October.
