We're back with our 3rd edition of our Throwback Thursday series: First Concert. If you missed our first two posts sharing Ticket Galaxy employee's first concert stories Click Here and Here.
This week Eugene tells us about his first concert, a festival he attended with his dad.
"My first concert was a radio-sponsored festival called Big Field Day that my father took me to when I was 11. This was in 2001, so it was at the height of the nu-metal fad and the bill was stacked with long-since-forgotten bands with wallet chains and gigantic JNCO jeans. Staind was the headliner and I just remember them being totally blown out of the water by Rammstein, the co-headliner, as they had all kinds of cool stuff like severed heads in jars and pyrotechnics.”
